The Wall Mount provides right / left pivot and LCD monitor swivel, placing the monitor 5.25" from the wall. It meets VESA standard mounting patterns of 75 x 75mm, 100 x 100mm (approximately 3.5 x 3.5 inches, 4 x 4 inches). High quality construction ensures long lasting durability. I am very pleased with this wall mount. It is very sturdy, the swivel and tilt functions work well and it is relatively inexpensive. Highly recommended.

The product is good, I am happy with it. The instructions are terrible! You pretty much need to just look at the picture on the box and figure it out! It does hold my 42" plasma on the wall very securely though.

When I ordered the mount I was a little worried that it would be loose and have badly fitting parts. Not so! It is very sturdy and the slots for mounting span 16" so putting lag bolts into studs was very easy. The whole mounting process took only about half an hour.
