Say by jaychou 2010-08-09 22:58:26 I had a minor issue getting the card's drivers to install but was able to go into device manager and have the drivers installed.
Say by eminem 2010-07-14 23:54:47 Installed the board, and that's it. Work great, no error messages. Great value espacially it comes with a Firewire cable that fits my Sony Minidv which by itself is about $10.00).
Say by takethat 2010-08-20 08:51:46 XP recognized it immediately, and I tried my sony DCR-HC30 and it worked the first time - no hassle at all. I didn't try the software, but Windows Movie Maker (included in XP) works fine for now.
