How To Use:
- Put your index or middle finger into the hole of this mouse.
- Control the track ball for moving cursor and press the right and left button with your thumb
- When using "Drag and Go" function, press the button in the hole of the mouse that has the same function as the left button of the common mouse
- Use the left button to lock the screen and then you can control the track ball to roll your screen freely

Takes a little getting used to, but once you get used to it, you never want to turn back to old convention optical mouse. I am a righty, but somehow, using it with my left came naturally also. Mine came in neon-green trackball. The perspiration from your thumb might make the ball slippery and dirty so have to clean it after excessive use, very easy to clean. Wish they make it cordless though. I am happy with this item and will recommend this to my friends.

We received this item and we are very satisfied with this one-finger mouse. It's comfortable in the hand. I can move around with it, use it for power point presentations - at a distance from the computer, at the desk - for close work, and best of all (for the ambidextrous) can change when/if a hand gets tired. It completely eliminates any neck and wrist strain. I am grateful for the ingenuity of design!!
