Directions For Use:

• 1. Wash and dry your feet or body part before applying detox patch. Take one adhesive sheet and slowly peel off the paper.
• 2. Place the foot pad where noted "Please put adhesive sheet on this side" on the adhesive sheet.
• 3. Stick and spread firmly onto the sole of your foot or the desired area of other body part. For best results, put them on some time before bedtime, you can wear them around the house if you sleep less than 8 hours.
• 4. Allow 8 to 12 hours for toxins to be fully absorbed from your body before removing the Foot Patches. Once the patches have finished their job, the powders will often change from a pale yellow to a brown/grey colour and become slightly stiff and sticky. This change in colour and consistency signifies that toxins have been removed into the patch.

Note:

• Foot Patches work best when placed on the soles of the feet. They can be used any time but it is preferable overnight as you sleep. Socks worn over the foot patches can help prevent kicking them off during the night.
